I took a white mesh fabric and fabricated a short capelet. Then I took two kinds of lace, one with pearls and the other with rainbow sequins and hand sewed them into this design. There are close-ups of each in the photos. The front is closed by a white hook closure. This is a simple, yet stunning capelet, ideal for any formal occasion, especially a wedding. I recommend hand washing this and then hang to dry.
